   Medical Records on ninth floor. They moved us to a closet and when nosotros ask them to put divider between each desk that comes out so we be protected and non touch each other they say no. If nosotros pare was a unlike color they would give us divider that come out. Bad enough we sit hither all solar day at petty desks, we not working on patient floor like the transporters or respiratory. we work here all day and they made u.s.a. like garbage to sit down here in cupboard on tiptop each other AND Hr knows and they did non care. We complained and they did non care. The guy in accuse of our department for the money he do not care about any of us.

   Tons of opportunity for advancement and movement within the organization and facility. New CEO and CNO are probably the best thing that could take happened to our hospital. They seem like a good and much needed change. Good teamwork amid management. Overall moving in the right direction.

   Cons

   Old facilities, old equipment, non plenty resources at my particular facility. Sunrise is the worst EMR out of the several I have worked with.

   The employees are overnice people

   Cons

   Section on 9th floor got retaliation against for saying no plenty protection confronting Coronoavirus in the office. So big management did retaliation and moved department to a littler office where anybody much closer together. The new office is much littler than the role where kicked out of. head of this hospital do non care if employees go sick. If you say your concerns the management of Forest Hills Hospital turn confronting y'all. 1199seiu employees not safe. Head of hospital sits in big office only she put employees on acme of each other. How you lot expect people to keep concentrate to work when elbows impact from sitting and then close together in a cupboard.

   It was a learning experience working for the infirmary and i enjoyed the family unit environs amid my co-workers and I.
